Not too long ago, I was catering for emergency workers, and realized that the food itself was creating a state of emergency!
I’d personally experience slow digestion, acne, low energy and then I’d see cases of high blood pressure and diabetes in my family. I knew I didn’t want that to happen to me.
So I began delving into sources of nutrition, extreme health courses, experiencing different food lifestyles, vegetarianism, veganism, and raw foods.
Not only did my vibrancy and energy return, I realized there are many important facts and information on nutrition not many people know about.
I believe that like me, people want to eat healthier, but with so many diet fads out there, all this information can get quite confusing!
Now armed with a deeper understanding on nutrition, becoming a whole foods -plant based chef and a holistic health coach, I’ve created this space to share delicious recipes and knowledge with those seeking better health & tastier food options.
